Club VazTrain is on Tarcombe Street in Euroa and is open 24 hours. For a town this size the range is better than you would expect: free weights through to resistance bands, an infrared sauna you book privately through the app so you are never sharing it, and an outdoor half court. An InBody 970 scan is a research-grade body composition analysis used by hospitals, universities and elite sports programs worldwide. It measures your body fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass, visceral fat, segmental lean mass and body water balance with clinical-grade accuracy (plus a whole lot more)... far beyond what consumer-grade gym scanners can deliver. A scan takes about 70 seconds and is completely non-invasive.
ECAL metabolic profiling measures your resting metabolic rate - the number of calories your body burns at rest - along with how efficiently you use fats and carbohydrates for fuel. This data is essential for building nutrition and training plans that are based on your actual physiology rather than generic calculators or guesswork.
No. Standard individual appointments are ALWAYS open to everyone - you don't need to be a member. Some locations also offer discounted group sessions which might be exclusively available for members or challenge participants (but this will be labelled MEMBERS ONLY in that case). The booking options on this page will show you what's available.
Group sessions are discounted InBody 970 scans offered during scheduled small-group clinics, typically available to members or challenge participants at the host location. Solo sessions are standard-priced individual appointments where you can book an InBody scan, ECAL metabolic test, or both - open to anyone.
Pricing for an InBody 970 scan or ECAL test depends on the service and location. Current rates for individual, group and subsequent scans are on our pricing page. For corporate, group or recurring booking enquiries, contact us directly.
Preparation guidelines differ for InBody and ECAL tests. We have detailed preparation guides for each - follow the links on our Services pages to make sure you get the most accurate results possible.
The InBody scans themselves take under two minutes, and the ECAL tests take around five to ten minutes. However, a full Get Scanned session typically runs 15 to 45 minutes (depending on the service and other factors), because we walk you through every aspect of your results, answer your questions and discuss practical next steps. This is a consultation, not a queue.
