What a Get Scanned gift card is
A Get Scanned gift card covers any service across Greater Melbourne and regional Victoria: an InBody 970 body composition scan, a combined ECAL metabolic test and InBody session, or any part thereof. Cards are available for any value, either a suggested amount or a custom figure. They are sent instantly by email or text, and they never expire.
How it works
Three steps. Choose a card value, either a suggested amount or a custom price. Add a personal message and select email or text delivery. The recipient books when ready and redeems on arrival. Delivery is immediate, so a card bought minutes before an occasion still arrives in time. An existing card's remaining balance can be checked at any time through the balance link on this page.
How the recipient redeems it
Recipients book their own appointment online through the normal booking system, at any Get Scanned clinic location across Greater Melbourne and regional Victoria. A small security deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure the appointment, and that deposit is refunded on attendance. The gift card is then redeemed at the appointment itself. The recipient chooses the location, date and service, so the card imposes no constraint on when or where it is used.
No expiry, and partial balances
Get Scanned gift cards never expire. There is no use-by date, no dormancy fee and no minimum spend. A card worth more than the service used retains its remaining balance for a future appointment, and a card worth less can be topped up at the time of the appointment. That makes any value a workable gift, whether it covers a full session or contributes toward one.
Bulk and corporate gift cards
Gift cards can be bulk ordered, up to 100 in a single transaction. This is the practical alternative for organisations whose teams are remote, distributed or hybrid, where bringing the Scan-Van to a single site does not work. Each recipient books individually at whichever clinic suits them, across Greater Melbourne and regional Victoria. The same no-expiry and no-minimum-spend terms apply.
